Dr. Sara Jennen grew up in a medically-minded human family. Her dad patched up two-leggers, while she always preferred helping the furry, feathered, and occasionally slobbery kind 🐄. From bringing kittens to work for childhood "pet-tests", Dr. Jennen realized vet medicine was the purr-fect way to mix science with her passion for keeping tails wagging.
Born and raised in North Little Rock, she eventually fetched her veterinary degree from Louisiana State University 🐯 (Geaux pets!). After a brief adventure in Dallas, she boomeranged back home to Arkansas in 2003. She even started working at the very clinic where her own pup passed away, a heartbreaking experience that gave her a new, fierce dedication to compassionate, fear-free care.
In 2015, she moved the clinic to a larger building on Pine Street, where she's been leading the pack ever since. She truly believes every pet deserves a day of pampering worthy of a runway strut. Her spirit animal? A unicorn, of course, because she brings a little magic to everything she does.

Michelle Roach
Practice Manager
Michelle was a client here at Pine Street Animal Clinic before she became an employee. She brought her dog into the hospital several times a week for blood tests, and learned so much during that time that she fell in love with the world of veterinary medicine.
Michelle was a client here at Pine Street Animal Clinic before she became an employee. She brought her dog into the hospital several times a week for blood tests, and learned so much during that time that she fell in love with the world of veterinary medicine. When a job opening became available, Michelle knew that it was too good of an opportunity to pass up. The rest is history. Now, she keeps things running like a well-oiled machine as Pine Street Animal Clinic’s Practice Manager!
Originally from Mississippi, Michelle moved with her family to Sherwood, Arkansas at the age of eight and then to Cabot at 15. She’s been here ever since. Michelle joined the team here at Pine Street Animal Clinic in April of 2005 and has continued to learn and grow in the field since that time. Now, she serves the clinic’s clients, patients, and staff as Practice Manager. Michelle particularly loves to educate pet owners on the best care techniques for their four-legged companions. For her, the sense of accomplishment her work brings is always worth it!
At home, Michelle has two pets. Zeppelin is a long-haired dapple Dachshund who comes to work with her every day; he is wheelchair-bound thanks to Intervertebral Disk Disease, and serves as an inspiration to other pet owners whose dogs suffer from the same malady. Lucky is a Shepherd mix brought into the clinic as a puppy after an unfortunate encounter with a car, and Michelle adopted him after he made a full recovery.

If you've stopped by Pine Street Animal Clinic, you've likely been greeted by Madison's warm smile and friendly energy! As both a Vet Assistant and Receptionist, she's the friendly face you'll see helping clients at the front desk and the gentle hands supporting our veterinary team behind the scenes. With over five years of experience in animal care, Madison's passion shines through every tail wag, paw shake, and happy purr.
Madison is Pet CPR certified and trained on Avimark, and she has a special interest in exotics and surgery. From curious cats to clever canines (and even slithery friends and eight-legged companions) Madison loves learning from every species that crosses her path.
Her "superpower" at work? Being friendly, dependable, and always ready to lend a paw when her team or patients need her most. 🐶 🐱
Her spirit animal is a whale — because just like these majestic ocean dwellers, Madison finds peace near the water and loves a good swim. 🐳 🌊
Outside of PSAC, she enjoys spending time with family and soaking up moments that remind her why she loves what she does. One of her most memorable moments on the job? A hospitalized patient looking up at her, helping her remember exactly why this work (and these animals) mean so much. ❤️

Kahlan joined the PSAC team in May 2025, bringing along a heart full of compassion and a passion for helping every pet feel their best. With a background that includes both an Associate of Agriculture and a Bachelor of Science concentration in Pre-Vet, she's combining her strong academic foundation with hands-on experience to build a rewarding career in animal care.
As a Veterinary Assistant, Kahlan supports the medical team with gentle care, sharp attention to detail, and a calm, comforting presence. Her favorite part of the job is getting to see each pet's unique personality shine, from the shy tail wags to the bold "I-own-this-place" struts. 🐶
Kahlan's personal favorite breed? Dogs, of course! She loves them all: big, small, fluffy, or slobbery. When she's not at the clinic, you'll find her spending time with her family and friends, or out enjoying the great outdoors with her dog Rival, an affectionate canine with a big heart.
Her "superpower" at work is her ability to make both pets and people feel comfortable, whether it's easing an anxious pup's nerves or brightening a client's day with a friendly smile. When Kahlan isn't surrounded by her furry patients, she enjoys hunting, fishing, and relaxing with her pup. At PSAC, Kahlan is known for her upbeat spirit, hard work, and dedication to making every visit a positive experience. ❤️ 🐾

Brittany joined the PSAC team in May 2024. Whether she's drawing blood, setting catheters, or sharing a laugh with clients or teammates, her "superpower" is making every visit feel like a walk in the park (or a nap in a sunny window, if you ask the cats). We would be like lost puppies with no microchips without her!
She's a Fear Free certified vet assistant who's fluent in English and belly rubs, and she has a soft spot for Pit Bulls and every furry friend who trots through our doors.
When she's not in the clinic, Brittany's likely hanging out with her kids - Chadryck, Jair, Ryat, Journey, and Butter and Draxtyn - or spending quality time with her fur family, including Mason the dog and Millie the cat. 🐕 🐈
Her spirit animal? A unicorn, of course, because she brings a little magic to everything she does. ✨
Brittany's favorite quote sums up her spirit perfectly: "She is clothed in strength and dignity, and she can laugh at the days to come," - Proverbs 31:25
